Turn imperfect structured output and Tool Calling arguments into inspectable JSON without inventing fields or defaults. Strict JSON is parsed unchanged, every repair remains visible in a plain-text diff, and optional Ajv draft-07 validation reports all constraint failures with field paths, actual values, and expected constraints.

How to use

  1. Paste raw model output or import a JSON, TXT, or Markdown file up to 1 MB, then load either representative example if needed.
  2. Choose pretty or minified output and optional recursive key sorting; review the repaired JSON and before/after diff.
  3. Paste a JSON Schema up to 250,000 characters to inspect all validation errors, then copy the result or report and download the JSON.

Tool inputs are processed locally in your browser and are never sent to KitVerse servers. Clear the workspace when using a shared device.
Common questions
Which Schema dialect and references are supported?

Validation uses Ajv’s default JSON Schema draft-07 behavior with allErrors. Local references are supported, but remote and external $ref values are rejected without network requests. Format assertions and ajv-formats are not enabled.

What happens to integers larger than Number.MAX_SAFE_INTEGER?

The tool preserves the original and repaired raw text but blocks formatting, key sorting, and Schema validation when a numeric literal could lose JavaScript precision. This prevents silent numeric changes.

Can repair add missing fields or Schema defaults?

No. Repair addresses syntax only. It never fabricates fields, applies defaults, or coerces values to satisfy a Schema.

Are there input size limits?

Yes. Model input is limited to 1,000,000 characters and file imports to 1 MB; Schema input is limited to 250,000 characters. Diff display is capped at 600 lines to keep the page responsive.
