About this tool

Made for the task at hand.

Convert messages using International Morse mappings for Latin letters, digits, and common punctuation. Spaces separate encoded letters and a slash separates words, making both directions deterministic and readable.

How to use

  1. Enter supported plain text, or Morse with spaces between letters and / between words.
  2. Choose encoding or decoding.
  3. Copy the result; unknown characters or code sequences are identified in an error.
Your work stays yours.
Tool inputs are processed locally in your browser and are never sent to KitVerse servers. Clear the workspace when using a shared device.
Common questions
Does the converter support Chinese characters?

No. It uses International Morse mappings for Latin letters, digits, and listed punctuation, not Chinese telegraph code.

Why use a slash between words?

A slash leaves ordinary spaces available for letter boundaries, so decoding can reconstruct word breaks without guessing.
